• Store or retain financial data.

• Issue refunds or handle disputes.

• Guarantee product availability, pricing, shipping or fulfillment.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All return and refund policies, when any products are involved, are governed by our terms and conditions. We does not process returns or issue refunds except by mutual agreement.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Kat Rhea Real Estate Services, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) does not oversee, verify, or guarantee the security, accuracy, reliability, or performance of any third-party vendors, platforms, or service providers unless expressly agreed to in writing. Your continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing agreement with these Terms, including your obligation to hold us harmless from any claims resulting from third-party actions or your own misuse of the Site or our services.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

All disputes related to purchases, refunds, or transactions must be directed to us and does not imply any agreement, acceptance or medication concerning a perceived or stated dispute involving any product, sale or transaction.

For disputes arising specifically from Site use (excluding transactions) legally determined to involve us, users agree to:
