You have the right to privacy regarding your personal and financial information.
All personal data, financial documents, and confidential communications shared with our office will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection policies, and will not be disclosed without your consent unless required by law.
RIGHT TO REPORT CONCERNS OR FILE COMPLAINTS
You have the right to express concerns and file a complaint without retaliation.
If you believe your rights have been violated or service standards have not been met, you may contact us directly or file a formal complaint with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. We will fully cooperate with all investigations and ensure all concerns are addressed respectfully and promptly.
